Sam founded MC in 2010, creating the brand name and concept slogan ‘Real People, Real Music, Real Talent‘. The original focus was on original material and in a competition format for UK & Ireland residents. Soon Sam realised that the online reach was far greater and engagement far healthier when submissions were opened to the entire world and cover material was accepted.
Ade is the company CEO. Borne out of a love for music, an understanding of the digital space and his commercial forward thinking, Ade has been instrumental in securing a number of opportunities for the business to include sponsorship, partnerships and investments.
Maya Rose Radcliffe
Editor of Music Crowns, Maya, started writing about music at age sixteen. She’s written for a multitude of different publications both in print and online including Clash, DIY, The Line of Best Fit, Spindle and New York-based Impose Magazine. In 2015, Maya also became the editor of The Playground; the first magazine she was ever published in.
Lee is on the frontline for Music Crowns – dealing with artist enquiries on a daily basis, providing a consultancy against their budget. Lee comes from a recruitment background and has perfected the art of tailor-made packages for artists based on their social platforms, genre and experience. In addition to artist consultancy, Lee has recently launched Music Crowns Entertainment – our in-house booking agency.
Prior to joining Music Crowns, James worked in music production and garnered a number of releases on record labels around the globe. Alongside James’ personal music projects he has trained as an illustrator, designer and a creative marketer. Taking on the role of editorial assistant at Music Crowns, James spends his days creating thoughtful content for our ever-growing audience.
Social Media Marketing
Tayler is the newest member of the Music Crowns team and has been worth her weight in gold. With a background in sound engineering and playing in bands, Tayler lives and breathes music and can spot talent from a mile away. Since joining the company, she’s been responsible for a wealth of huge viral successes.
Alfie has been making music from a young age. In 2013, he and his group, Jack Pack reached the final of Britain’s Got Talent and were later signed by Simon Cowell’s Syco label. Having released a top 10 selling debut album and toured the world with Jack Pack, Alfie is now making movements on the other side of the industry. Now working as artist manager at Music Crowns, Alfie uses his experience to advise on career decisions, publicity and promotion.
Ruth has dipped in and out of the music business her whole career in addition to working with Cutting Edge Group, the BBC and Damien Hirst. Ruth brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, knowledge and fun to the MC team as our Business Development Manager.
